Seminar in Best-Holand

This is just an example of an exercise about adaptive defense.

4X4 situation to work the relationship between centers, midright and outside-right defender (in this case the defenders are in one line).
The players with the ball are the Right-backs and pivots.
If the player with ball goes in center, the Coach (can be a CB) goes out, if is a pivot the Coach helping the left back with pass.
Minimum of 3 passes to prepare and 8-10 to finish the action.
To relate phases (defense-fast break) , if the defenders win the ball possession, they must go fast till the middle field without being touched by the attackers (in this case it must be another defenders group).
Objectives:
To recognized the pairs according to the game context.
Measure the danger constantly.
Use different behaviour acting in same circumstances.
Decide between sliding trough or taking over.
Block up moves to effective areas.
Use the field of sight to act better and co-operate.
